When you are ready to make your purchase, you can access your virtual debit card information directly from your wallet dashboard. There, you will see a breakdown of your deposits and rewards.
If you've made a deposit and it's not immediately reflected in your available balance, it's likely still pending. We can only deposit funds into your account once they've cleared, a process that typically takes 3-5 business days. Once the funds have cleared, they'll be included in your available balance.
We've also implemented a safety net for your purchases. If your purchase exceeds the amount in your wallet, our 'One Time Transfer Limit' feature will kick in. This feature allows for a one-time deposit from your connected funding account, ensuring your purchase can still be made. The amount of this deposit will be included in your Spendable Balance.
