When you are ready to make your purchase you can get your virtual debit card information directly from your wallet dashboard. When you do you will see a breakdown of your deposits and rewards. We also allow a buffer in case your purchase is a little over the saved amount. This is called “One Time Transfer Limit” and will initiate a one time deposit from your connected funding account.
If you have made a deposit and it is not showing in the available balance it could be that it is still pending. We can only deposit the funds into your account once they have cleared. It typically takes 3-5 days for funds to fully clear and be deposited into your account. Once they have they will be included in your available balance.
